The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton

We had a great stay at the The Gantry London. The staff were excellent and incredibly flexible, always willing to help and accommodate requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very nicely designed. Special thanks to Martina and Sweta for their outstanding service and warm attitude throughout! The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get around London. We would happily stay here again! Highly recommend!

I visited this hotel last month and was really pleased and surprised at the great hospitality at this place. One of the receptionist, Faizat, was very welcoming to me and offered to refill my ice bucket and provided me with a free dental kit. The room itself was very tidy and clean and I enjoyed the view from the window. Overall, the stay was a success and I will be planning to come back.

Wonderful weekend stay at the Gantry London. Martina was incredibly friendly and welcoming, supporting us as a diamond member with complimentary room upgrades and checking in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Martina was definitely a huge positive to our stay and I hope her professionalism and support to guests doesn't go unnoticed. The room was incredibly comfy and spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast was fantastic; I think any breakfast that has an omelette and egg station is on to a winner. Also a prime location, next to the station, not far from the London stadium and ideal for a bit of shopping around Stratford. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you Martina!!

Last minute room booking which they accommodated brilliantly, the downside being the sofa bed had not been made up even by the time we got back from our show at 10pm. At this point housekeeping had left and no one on reception knew how to make it up or had access to suitable bedding? So we were left making our own bed and sleeping on a blanket, which at £400 a night was a shame. They arranged a complimentary breakfast which was delicious - full hot and cold range, omelette station, nice coffee (go for the machine not the filtered!). Sadek was exceptional giving great service and very good at anticipating what was needed without us needing to ask. I’d definitely stay here again, the blip with the sofa those things do happen and overall it was a great weekend.

I usually stay at Premier Inn, thinking I am saving money while still getting a decent experience. This time I decided to try something different because I wanted a hotel with an on site gym, and I am very glad I did. The Gantry Hotel was excellent. I stayed in a top floor room and immediately loved it. The view was impressive, the décor was stylish, and the room was beautifully lit. The bed was very comfortable, which made a big difference to the quality of my stay, and I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch. The shower was huge. Cleanliness was a priority. I even checked under the bed and it was spotless. The location is extremely convenient, with the train station just two minutes away, which made getting around very easy. Staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming. In terms of price, I paid only twenty pounds more than I usually would at Premier Inn, and the difference in quality made it well worth it. Overall, it was a significantly better experience for a small increase in cost, and I would happily stay here again.

Lovely room and comfy bed. Would be nice to have a few dairy free options (biscuits and milk) but appreciate this isnt always offered. 10 minute walk from the underground and Westfield Shopping Centre. Appreciate the eco friendliness but having to go right down to the reception to fill up water bottle is a bit of a pain. Also vegan breakfast was good (partner did say bacon was pretty bad though) and so nice to have tofu offered. They do try and fit so many people in and cram people next to each other - we asked to be moved as it was too much! Also one coffee machine for all those people is not enough.

We had an amazing stay at The Gantry London hotel. With the DLR line (Stratford International station) just across the street, as well as the shopping mall of Stratford. The location is perfect. Hotel staff provided a warm welcome and was very friendly during our stay. The interior is very nice and every detail matches. There are plenty of food option around and at the hotel. We had a dinner and some drinks at the hotel restaurant Social Club and the breakfast (was well presented) was very delicous. Love to come back to this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at The Gantry. It’s super modern and a great concept, both outside and inside. Decor was cool and I liked the options of restaurants. Location - is clearly great with Westfield on your doorstep. Lots of transport options and hotel is few seconds from Stratford international. Location felt busy yet safe. Pros - Super cool place, great decor. Love the vibe and the finer details. Service was spot on and the gym was great. The room was really nice - so modern with a great vibe. Really solid addition to Hilton portfolio! Cons - would be 5 stars except breakfast had no veggie sausages or mushrooms. Clearly a first world problem but Hilton and Doubletree by Hilton are normally very solid to have this, meaning if you want veggie you have the full selection, so as I would see Curio as much trendier Hilton, I would expect the same. Small detail but my eggs and beans missed their mushroom and V sausage friends. I will definitely stay here again. Just hope they add some bits to breakfast menu (please!)
